About Paslay Group

Paslay Group is a standard-setting team of industry experts led by former airport executives and government veterans delivering customized strategies as unique as the problems they’re designed to solve. Paslay Group was founded in 2006 to combine the founding partners’ experience in leading capital development programs at some of North America’s largest commercial airports. Recognizing that airport executives everywhere are tasked with multi-billion dollar projects that have no margin for error, the need for expanded specialized expertise from outside partners with first-hand knowledge and an owner’s point of view became evident. The first full-service airport development consultancy of its kind, Paslay Group began by offering Executive Program Management – a term coined by CEO & Managing Partner R. Clay Paslay. With this service, Paslay Group works as an extension of an airport’s executive management team to help them execute capital development programs successfully, on time, and on budget. From there, two additional companies were created to expand Paslay Group’s scope of services and to provide multifaceted assistance to airports with growing complex needs. These two teams are the Development and Advisory Services divisions. Each team is led by tenured industry experts with both public and private experience and has the freedom to operate independently and respond to unique client needs and rapidly changing realities. This structure minimizes bureaucratic lag times and allows each team to amplify their specific strengths without sacrificing internal collaboration or a full-service offering. As Paslay Group continues to grow, our goal remains the same – to elevate airport success by creating custom solutions as unique as the problems they’re designed to solve.
