We are a small food enterprise based in San Diego, moved by the challenge to offer consumers a new PB experience. Pasokin combines the unique taste of peanut butter that we all love with an engaging twist on texture and look. Simple and tasty, our PB bites will delight kids, students, active families, busy professionals, celiacs and athletes who seek something beyond the traditional energy bars ...and, of course, PB lovers. All-natural, vegan and gluten-free snack packed with simple, real ingredients Pasokin is inspired by famous Brazilian Paçoca (pronounced "Pah-sō-Kah"), which means "to crumble" in native Tupi language. A big-time fan of the snack, world-class adventure racer Marco Amselem developed his own recipe using only a handful of simple and clean ingredients. Carefully selected peanuts (roasted in small batches for ultimate freshness,) fine sugar cane, toasted organic quinoa, pure cocoa powder, and naturally harvested salt. We take pride in using high-quality peanuts rich in oleic acids. They are the latest trend in the American peanut industry for quality and extended shelf life.
