Hi my name is Janet and I have a fantastic opportunity for anyone - kids and adults - wishing to get a head-start in cooking and baking, from basic knowledge to themed cuisine. After having successfully run many food outlets and cooking literally thousands of different meals, cakes, desserts, breads - the list is endless, I would love to share my experiences and expertise with a hands-on approach to enhance your cooking and baking skills, from beginners to taking your skills to the next level. Classes include Cooking and Baking MasterClass, Kiddies/Teens Cooking Club, Couple Classes, Team Building, Themed Classes - Mexican, Italian, Middle Eastern, Indian and more - as well as Bread Baking and Basic Cake and Icing Classes. I am passionate about food and even more passionate about sharing my love for food. We supply all the necessary ingredients and equipment, come and spend an informative and fun-filled day with us and leave with all the goodies you made to share with family and friends (or keep it all for yourself!)
