About Pasta Perfetta

Long time pasta lovers, our family originated the idea of Pasta Perfetta in early 2011 after traveling through Europe and finding stunning varieties of pasta! We opened our first store in May 2011 in the beautiful resort town of Galena, Illinois. In February 2014 we moved our original store from the 300 block of S. Main Street into one of the storefronts of the historic DeSoto House Hotel at 220 S. Main Street. We love being a part of the excitement of the Galena downtown area and happily share the history of this remarkable hotel and town. In 2017 we made the decision to expand to the exciting area of Minneapolis/St. Paul in the wonderful town of Stillwater, Minnesota. Opening in May of 2017, this location is a near-duplicate of our Galena store. Our offerings in both Galena and Stillwater are fine European and American pastas. We have beautiful artisan pastas from Europe in many natural colors and nearly any shape imaginable. Our American pastas encompass 62 different flavors and blends along with 138 novelty and classic shapes! We also feature gourmet wine-infused sauces, dry sauce blends and Italian pesto as well as a variety of pasta kitchen accessories! Gluten-free pastas in over 10 flavors are some of our best sellers along with our low carb, nutritional and vegan pastas!
