PastorServe is committed to helping pastors and churches experience healthy leadership as they extend the hope of Jesus into our ever changing world. Since 1999, PastorServe has been coming alongside ministry leaders to provide coaching and support, both equipping and encouraging pastors as they live out their calling. We believe all of life matters and has an impact on how effective pastors and ministry leaders will be in living out their calling. This belief leads us to champion something that is distinctive in how we approach our coaching and consulting. At PastorServe we focus on helping our clients holistically, addressing both Personal Life (Backstage) and Professional Life (Front Stage) to guide ministry leaders into a flourishing life of effective Kingdom impact. Personal Life (Backstage) We help all of our pastors to think more intentionally about the key areas such as marriage, family, relational health, spiritual health, emotional health, physical health, and even finances. Professional Life (Front Stage) We assist pastors in truly developing as church leaders, including leadership philosophy, primary roles and responsibilities, and navigating deeper challenges and concerns facing the local church. We address practical needs and opportunities as they arise such as staff development, discipleship pathways, community outreach, and more. In making progress on these challenges, we’ll help you become more effective in vital leadership competencies such as Diagnosing Situations, Intervening Skillfully, Managing Yourself, Energizing Others, Identifying Opportunities, and Change Management. Consulting for us, perhaps more than anything else, is about having perspective. Our unique perspective comes from serving hundreds of churches and thousands of pastors over 20+ years.
