Dr. Patricia Laino earned a Baccalaureate in Science and a Master of Science from SUNY Institute of Technology in Utica, New York. She was awarded a Certificate of Advanced Study from SUNY Cortland, New York and earned a Doctorate in Business Organization, Administration, Research and Policy from Buffalo State University of New York. She has been a presenter of “How To Win At Writing Grants” at numerous colleges. Over two decades ago, "Dr. Pat" founded the Business Training Institute Inc. and is the Executive Director. This not-for-profit, community-based organization has successfully operated solely under competitive grants for over twenty years that were authored by Dr. Pat and her team. Dr. Pat has written hundreds of successful grants, totaling millions of dollars: * Awarded over thirty-eight million dollars in Federal and state competitive grant funds * Awarded over two million dollars in private and community Foundation competitive grant funds * Co-authored the multi-million dollar Irish Peace Grant to establish a new “Innovative Center” by working with the United States Department of State and the Irish Peace Group for Cultural and Training Programs.
