I’m Henré, a thought leader, mentor, and speaker with 35 years of lived experience navigating severe anxiety, mood and depressive disorders, hypochondria, and addiction to alcohol and prescription medication. My journey has been one of perseverance, transformation, and growth, culminating in 19 years of sobriety and a life marked by balance and fulfillment. Driven by a commitment to understanding and addressing mental health challenges at their core, I have devoted over 11 years to studying scientific experiments, clinical trial data, psychology and psychiatry literature, and the DSM-5 handbook. This in-depth exploration has enabled me to uncover root causes, develop evidence-based insights, and craft practical strategies for sustainable change. My recovery journey included seeking help through psychology, psychiatry, rehabilitation programs, and mental health facilities. These experiences provided me with firsthand knowledge and invaluable perspectives on healing, resilience, and self-improvement.
