At Path2 Solutions, we understand that attracting and progressing adult learners can be a challenge. That's why we have developed a unique solution to this problem, with over two decades of experience in the Further Education training sector. Our risk free, high volume model is designed to help you attract, retain and progress adult learners in the most effective way. Our team of experts are here to provide you with the best possible support and advice so that you can get the most out of your training programmes and funding allocation. And, despite the work and support that we offer to attract and engage learners, we DO NOT CHARGE until a learner completes your programme. Meaning that if a learner does not turn up or is not retained, there is no risk to you at all. This is why we really do back our screening programme to produce committed and motivated learners. In our experience, there are clearly elements of this process where providers thrive, and others where they require support.
