Pathogen Prism is a science communication project that brings microbiology to life in accessible, engaging, and sometimes humorous ways. From bacteria and viruses to fungi and parasites, each post tells the story of a different microbe through relatable metaphors, fun facts, and real-world relevance. Our content is divided in different media. We run a weekly A to Z Thursday series posts, deep-dives on a topic in Infection spotlight and summaries of videos on Instagram. In Pathogen Press we weekly upload news and views articles on current scientific paper in an understandable way. In Closer inspection videos we talk about microbiology and science in the media like movies, video games, TV shows or books .
