In lung disease diagnostics, the microscopic examination of cells in lung fluids ( respiratory cytology) is indispensable. However, the standard procedures for cytological examination pose challenges. Not only does the manual execution result in a significant time commitment but there is also a considerable qualitative variability in the results, complicating the diagnostic process. Our solution: An analysis software serving as an AI co-pilot for automated cytological findings in clinical practice. Our Cyto-ML software guides laboratory personnel through the specific steps of sample preparation. The fully prepared slide is scanned and evaluated by the software using an ML model in the cloud tailored to the slide scanner and type of finding. Subsequently, our software presents the results, exportable as a PDF including current treatment guidelines, making them available to medical professionals.
