Hi, I'm Lien! I’m a leadership and executive coach, Human Resources and talent strategist, culture champion, and vision activator. Every client and their situation is unique. I work with clients around the world to help them gain clarity and develop self-awareness to optimize their potential and activate their purpose. Coaching is not about fixing emotions. I hold a mirror to my clients and share back what I see so that we can address core concerns and generate "aha" insights for new thinking to emerge. Certified in Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Neurolinguistic Programming, I introduce tools and techniques to help my clients navigate their current realities for sustained positive change.
