Pathway Family Center is a leader in substance abuse treatment services for adolescents, aged 10-21. Pathway Family Center has two licensed locations in Indiana; Indianapolis and Northwest Indiana. Pathway has been serving adolescents and their families throughout the nation since 1993. Pathway provides a complete continuum of care to serve adolescents and their families. Services include: drug screening, substance abuse assessment and treatment recommendation, outpatient services, intensive outpatient program, and our unique long term day treatment programs. All programs are tailored to meet the needs of the adolescent and family. Pathway is a family-centered facility that focuses on a 12-step approach to care, teaching coping strategies, life skills and strengthening both individual and family relationships. Our peer staff component, family involvement, and aftercare program differentiate Pathway services. Pathway’s dedicated staff of professionals is experts in substance abuse and behavioral problems.
