No Contracts. You are only billed for the cuts that are done. Monthly or One Time Service. RESIDENTIAL INFORMATION: All quotes given are based on the site of the home (lawn, edging, trimming, etc.). Patriarchs Lawn Care, Landscaping & Maintenance does not use contracts and only cuts on an as needed basis. This can fluctuate during the winter and summer months. We strive to provide service and to be accessible at all times. Aside from basic service, we also provide in replanting, resodding and helping to create the plantings and curb appeal you desire. We work with each customer and talk during the entire process, making sure each plant is what the customer wants and is in the place the customer would like it to be. COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES: Small offices, free standing buildings, strip malls, schools or shops. All these areas need special care with the wear on the sod, the plants and the trees. Patriarchs Lawn Care, Landscaping & Maintenance can provide service which will assure constant contact to ensure the proper plants are used, fertilizing is done to maintain the sod and the trees are kept at the preferred canopy height. Patriarchs has experience with each of the types of commercial properties listed above and continues to strive to provide the most superior service with each new property. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT Property Management Companies desire to keep the properties of the homeowners looking the best. Patriarchs Lawn Care, Landscaping & Maintenance can provide service for property management companies who have customers who want lawn care included in the cost to rent their property. We charge on a per cut basis, with no contracts and no monthly rate. For Property Management Companies we provide a "bulk" rate for 5 or more homes which then the savings may be passed on to the homeowner. We can also direct bill the homeowner or send invoicing to the Property Management Company, whatever is the easiest.
