PASSIONATE PEOPLE BUILDING LOVELY GUITARS Introduction and mission We are based in Oswestry, Shropshire. All our timber and components are carefully sourced from the worlds finest suppliers. We build quality guitars with soul, individuality, wonderful sound and dazzling good looks. We aspire to be recognised by the guitar-playing world as the best in everything we do. Customer satisfaction is paramount, we listen to your needs and when working together, bring your ideas to life, making fabulous pieces and in many cases guitars that tell a story. Every instrument takes at least 12 weeks to complete, it’s a slow process. We allow each piece of wood time to settle and readjust as it takes form. Pick up a Patrick James Eggle guitar, play it, note the attention to detail, feel the care and passion from inception to finish. We endeavour to ensure that all our timber is from sustainable sources and make special efforts to use reclaimed and salvaged timber. This is not only good for the environment, but can often produce truly stunning results, an example of which is our sinker redwood. This was found in the riverbeds of Northern California and Oregon, it was farmed at the turn of the last century and floated down stream to be stockpiled, some pieces just didn't make it and lay buried in the riverbed. This has now been recovered and is used by us to make some exceptional guitars. Our store room is an Aladdin’s cave of exotic timbers for our range of custom rosettes and inlay work. These adornments are designed and cut in house, in this way we can pay particular attention to which piece will compliment each guitar’s colour and look. No two instruments are the same, every customer has their own end image in mind, it is our job to put their creativity and dreams into reality.
