P O C + P architects is a design company established in 1998 to provide architectural and urban design and sustainability advice to the residential, medical, heritage, local government and project management sectors. Primarily based in Sydney, we also work on projects on the South Coast NSW and the Sothern highlands. We work with private and public enterprises, large and small. It is an Advantage + member of the Australian Institute of Architects. The Principal, Patrick O'Carrigan FRAIA AIAMA is a NSW Registered Architect #5025, ARBV 19655 with 35+ years experience and he is a graduate of the Universities of Sydney, Adelaide and Pennsylvania. We have a reputation for insightful, creative and thoroughly developed proposals and a successful track record in the implementation of often complex and demanding public sector projects over short and long time frames. At POC+P Architects, we have fostered a flat organisational structure and encourage our people to develop skills in teamwork and the pursuit of high quality work.
