Small team | Strong values | Award-winning Wine. The story of Patrick of Coonawarra began with Patrick Tocaciu in the late 80s and the purchase of his first vineyard, Home Block. During a decorated career spanning more than three decades, Pat celebrated international accolades while working as chief winemaker for several major labels before carving his own dream with the opening of our Cellar Door in 2004; we now own 80 hectares of vineyard across six classic grape varieties. Luke Tocaciu, Pat’s eldest son, joined the business in 2009 and has since taken over the reigns. “The next chapter in the business is very exciting.
