Patriot Equities, L.P. was founded in 2005 and is the only real estate investment and development company specializing in the acquisition and ownership of corporate real estate assets. Prior to founding Patriot, the principals (Erik Kolar, Alan Werther, and Mike Kolar) worked together at a predecessor firm for many years. Patriot’s main strategic focus is the result of its substantial redevelop and repositioning experience having acquired and developed in excess of 28,000,000 square feet. Many of these acquisitions involved adaptive reuse of existing structures into functional and unique office or industrial assets and we have successfully developed properties throughout North America.
