PATTERNS is a leading architectural practice based in Los Angeles, California. Completed projects include Jujuy Redux Apartment in Rosario, Argentina; Prism Gallery in Los Angeles, California; Eye of Time Corporate Headquarters in Chengdu, China; FyF Residence in Rosario Argentina; Jujuy 2056 Apartment in Rosario, Argentina, League of Shadows multipurpose event structure in Los Angeles among others. Current projects include A4H, a 33,000 Sqft. Office Building in Glendale, CA; Victory Healthcare, a 42,000 Sqft. Adaptive Reuse in North Hollywood, California; Olympia Towers, a 1.8M Sqft. Mix-use complex in Downtown Los Angeles; The Reef project, a 2M Sqft. Mix-use for South Park also in Los Angeles; Grand Av. Tower, a 180,000 Sqft.
