We specialize in coaching people to flourish and helping organizations prosper, via the team side of cross-generational customer service, We are human resources professionals who specialize in business, career and life coaching plus facilitating customer service-related human relations / people skills training programs that are powerfully effective cross-generationally. As well, we consult to organizations in the people development field. The term 'multipreneurs' fits us well because our principals consult to and train in organizations, coach individuals, speak to associations and other groups, write e-books and course ware, plus instruct adult learners in the specialty areas of: * interpersonal skills mastery having taught about 3,000 learners since 2000 alone in communications, goal setting and planning, team building, leadership, stress, time, and presentation mastery plus related customer service skills, and * customer relations /people mastery ...using the internationally acclaimed WE CARE® training processes that have improved over 400,000 professionals since 1987, Professionals & leaders can work with us as part of a corporate program in which they participate or, personally, as individuals. We normally coach by phone with e-mail follow-up. Some semesters, our Managing Partner, Gary Patton also teaches as Adjunct Faculty at York University, in Toronto. He's also taught at Ryerson University and Seneca College, in Toronto as well.
