Patton Pipeline Services, Inc. (PPS) is a new and used pipeline beveling company that provides faster turnarounds without sacrificing quality. Our technology enables us to operate three times faster than our competitors using today’s standard beveling systems. At Patton Pipeline Services, we use an innovative system designed around the modern advancement of plasma cutting technology. This in-house beveling system requires zero preheating and produces 98% less slag. When tested against our competitors, the PPS system operates three times faster than standard beveling methods. This allows us to expedite client projects. Patton Pipeline Services’ innovative beveling system was designed using state-of-the-art plasma cutting technology in conjunction with an in-house track system for precise cuts every time. By combining these components, our system outperforms traditional oxy-acetylene methods every time, ten fold. The most compelling evidence of this can be seen viewing the final products of both methods side-by-side. When compared to an oxy-acetylene method, the PPS system requires little to no cleanup or grinding post-cut. This results in reliable, “pipe mill quality” bevels cut after cut.
