Principal Paul Carr’s vision is one of providing a service with a difference. One that is focused on the individual, which cares about the client and is aimed at ensuring the experience of buying and selling would be remembered as a positive one. This concept has been developed successfully since the opening of the first office in Aldridge and has grown and progressed along with the company’s expansion to a 12 office residential sales network serving the conurbations of Sutton Coldfield, North Birmingham and South Staffordshire and more recently the development of our prestigious Exclusive and Rural Homes Division which specialises in bespoke upmarket and rural properties throughout the area we cover and beyond. A Mayfair office provides a platform for those prestigious properties giving access to the London marketplace. In addition the company has a thriving Residential Lettings Department, a Land and New Homes Division and Financial Services Division. Surveys can be arranged through our established business partner West Midlands Surveys Ltd.
