Paula Fish provides comprehensive services in the field of Baltic fish and Atlantic salmon production, freezing and storage of fish products in cold stores, production of fish meal and oil, and transport. We have three plants where we process Baltic fish (herring, sprat, flounder) and Atlantic salmon. We offer our customers fresh or frozen products in the form of fillets, portions, blocks or medallions. In the production process, we use modern technologies, thanks to which the raw material is processed efficiently and in accordance with hygiene standards. Fish meal and oil are new products in the company's portfolio. They are produced in a modern plant, adapted to the production of up to 40 tons of fishmeal and up to 20 tons of oil per day. The obtained meal is of the highest quality, with a protein content of 72%+. The produced oil, on the other hand, meets the quality standards that allow for human consumption. For our own and our customers' needs, products are frozen and stored in specially equipped cold stores. The highest quality equipment allows us to freeze 700 tons of raw material per day. We have 10 cold stores with a capacity of 18,000 pallet places for storing goods at temperatures down to -23 degrees Celsius. A complementary area of our activity is transport and logistics. We specialize in the transport of refrigerated cargo. We have a fleet of over 200 trucks designed to transport products at a controlled temperature. Mobile refrigerators are equipped with temperature recorders, additional security on the doors of semi-trailers, sensors and alarms. In every area of the company's activity, we make every effort to anticipate new market trends and meet the expectations of customers.
