I'm Báirbre, the founder of PAUSE and pioneer of Focusing-Oriented Coaching, an evidenced-based coaching approach that unlocks the wisdom held in our bodies, creating transformative change, an approach I developed through a 5 year Mental Well Being research project. My clients are senior leaders, experienced coaches curious about expanding their practice, newly qualified coaches drawn to deeper work or professionals in therapy, mental health, HR or leadership roles who feel a strong desire to support others, while tending to themselves.
