About Pavlack Law

I started Pavlack Law with a vision of taking my years of experience in a large firm litigating some of highest-profile cases in Indiana and beyond, and applying it to representing individuals and businesses in need. Over the courses of my career, I spearheaded cases involving battles between corporate giants, antitrust conspiracies involving price-fixing and abuse of monopoly power, securities and consumer fraud, and bad faith insurance practices. These cases routinely resulted in seven and eight figure settlements. I am particularly proud, for example, of playing a leading role in the nearly $60 million settlement of a class action case against Indianapolis-area concrete companies for conspiring to fix the prices of their product in violation of the antitrust laws. Despite the excitement and rewards of working on these big-ticket cases, I've always most enjoyed representing individuals and businesses in their times of need. I believe in the importance of the human side of cases, and find it most rewarding to deliver exceptional representation and results to people who are affected by conflicts and legal disputes.
