They can set up their pets’ profiles, manage pet records, track provider and service history, etc. PawCare becomes the only platform they will need to manage their pet care needs. Service providers, on the other hand, get a full calendar with bookings coming their way 24/7. They get paid whether no-shows or cancellations; their brand is represented on the PawCare marketplace where they get access to a network of pet parents; they finally have a connected platform to streamline their front-of-the-house operations, fully connected to their customers’ journeys.
