About Paws and Me

Paws and Me is an animal-assisted wellness company on a mission to spark joy, connection and wellbeing, one cuddle at a time. We create calm and meaningful spaces where people and dogs can come together through experiences like puppy yoga, puppy socials and immersive cuddle lounges. Each event is designed to help people tune in, slow down and reconnect with themselves, with animals and with the community around them. Since our launch in 2025, we’ve been working towards a simple but powerful goal: to make the comfort and connection that dogs bring accessible to everyone. Whether in a workplace, aged care home, university or community setting, we believe that the love of animals should never be limited to a lucky few. We were founded on the belief that animal wellbeing must always come first. That’s why we partner only with licensed, ethical breeders and follow the highest standards of care, ensuring every interaction is safe, thoughtful and enriching for both people and pups.
