PAXpm is a client side project management consultancy working within the Melbourne residential development market. PAXpm offers a full end to end service. Our industry experience covers the entire lifecycle of projects, including reviewing feasibility studies, town planning and VCAT, design management, marketing and sales, detailed design, tender and negotiation, construction superintendent roles and settlement and handover.
