About Pax Wines

We are a small independent winery that focuses on Syrah and Gamay Noir from cool, coastal sites, as well as a selection of esoteric varieties that showcase the great diversity of California Wine. From the vineyard to the glass, a holistic style of stewardship is practiced. This means that all the fruit is grown using organic, sustainable or biodynamic methods and no unnatural additions are used in the winery. Our tasting room and wine bar is located on site in the bustling Barlow Community in downtown Sebastopol. There are always a bevy of wines available for taste, glass or bottle with an array of carefully curated food selections. There is an extensive record collection and a very cool, calm, relaxing vibe permeates the well appointed room. Indoor, outdoor seating options, dog friendly and we have a nice selection of fun N/A beverages options available for our guests.
