Pay Attention Save A Life LLC was founded by Austin Knox an award winning published author, historian, genealogist, musician and mental health advocate. Austin has lived with major anxiety issues, and depression for over 20 years, PTSD and Agoraphobia for the last 10 years. There is next to no real support for people like him, and there are a lot of us who need support. That’s why he decided to create an organization to spread the word about Mental Health awareness. To help people who suffer, feel normal and to help people who don’t understand get more information. The organization is called “I Believe In”. Part of “I Believe In” is a clothing and custom items company with the goal of positive thinking through positive reminders. Every item will be tailored to each person. What is it that each individual Believes in, what helps them keep going? That dream and goal to create this huge initiative to help spread mental health awareness through the very personal and special organization I Believe In has expanded to even larger than we could have ever dreamed. We have reorganized and expanded everything. Austin now has a larger company called Pay Attention Save A Life LLC. I Believe In, On Air With Awesome Austin, all his published works (novels etc), and so much more will be consolidated under this 1 extremely important banner. This company will help as many people as possible to have something positive to focus on 24/7 Which is where the next part of the organization comes in. We are building a network of support. Therapists, counselors, peers who have suffered. One part of our whole goal of “normalizing” emotional healthcare is to tell the real stories of people who have suffered. A place to share your story and your thoughts and be interviewed by Austin for the website to help others. Getting the positive message in Austin's novels that tell his real story and how to survive, as well as his podcast On Air With Awesome Austin.
