Currently, PAYCE is working on another major urban renewal project at Melrose Park in the heart of Sydney. This project, a joint venture with long-term partner Sekisui House Australia, will meet the 30-minute concept, with plans for new parks, retail facilities, including restaurants and cafes and transport infrastructure connections.
