PBR Group is a search firm that specialises solely in the Private Equity and Venture Capital sectors. We work with Investors to hire the best people for their teams. As Private Equity and Venture Capital sector specialists we have an in-depth knowledge of the market and a strong network of relationships with firms and candidates. We understand that the best people are not likely to be actively seeking a new role and we place a particular importance in developing and maintaining relationships with them. We have a proven track record of successful delivery to our clients, who range from some of the leading names in global Private Equity and Venture Capital funds to smaller boutiques and start-ups. We typically work on a contingency (success only) basis for individual hires. Our aim is to provide the same or higher level of service and quality of candidate as a retained executive search firm and we have a track record of doing so.We are paid only on the successful completion of an assignment and our confidence in our ability to deliver this enables us to work in this way. We believe this is the fairest way of working.In addition to Private Equity and Venture Capital, PBR has a specialist Real Estate division who work Investors, Lenders and Advisors to source the best people in the Real Estate sector.
