We provide the following services; • Prepares detailed event estimates for clients and manages event budgets • Responsible for communicating with vendors, obtaining costs, understanding all rules and regulations of venues, ordering services, creating timelines and providing on-site support • Perform initial site inspections and test all equipment to ensure that the venue is adequate and the equipment functions up to standard. • Attend event rehearsals to ensure that everything continues to run smoothly and oversee show run-downs before the actual event to solve any technical errors or event issues. • Conduct weekly meetings with clients and event team during planning process. • Work directly with creative team to design and produce custom promotional and live production materials. • Responsible for contracting vendors and staffing, from venues to AV equipment to catering to talent. • Develop timelines for marketing plans for event in designated markets. • Responsible for strategic planning of theme development. • Responsible for creating brand positioning and messaging via online and in direct mail, and text email communication, testimonials, and key company presentations • Manage relationship with PR agencies to secure media coverage for events • Coordinate travel arrangements for entire production crew • Create and update show rundowns to ensure proper timing of all production elements during live event
