PCLN Consulting was born to provide services to small and medium businesses that require some insight into operations, quality, engineering, continuous improvement, and overall operations. The partners have combined experience in Global supply chain, equipment design/building/programming, quality management system implementation and certification for GMP, proven track records for continuous improvement records savings millions for organizations, there is no limit to what we can assist you with. Our staff includes an MBA/CPSM with 30+ years in global sourcing and compliance, an engineer that has built full scale production CNC lasers and programming, as well as an operations manager that has experience in multiple states, running retail, medical device, and consumer packaging goods operations. After helping other businesses succeed in variety of ways, this talented group has decided to offer their experience, knowledge, and excitement to assist others, in the form of consultation services. So if you need someone to create a CAD file, we can do that. If you need some help with implementing global sourcing strategies, we have you covered. Looking for help in your most recent 3rd party GMP or SMETA audits, we have designed systems that have worked for multiple years and launched companies into new arena's.
