About PDQ Machine Shop Inc
PDQ Machine Shop Inc is an oil & energy CNC machine and manufacturing facility based in Houston, Texas. We are focused on partnering with our customers to meet and exceed their delivery and quality expectations. Our commitment to precision, dependability, and quality has led to long time partnerships with our clients including Cameron, Schlumberger, FMC and Streamflo over the past 25 years of operation. Our reliable top-of-the line equipment is all less than 5 years old and consists of CNC mills and lathes giving us the capability of machining material ranging from 1 to 36 inches in diameter and up to 40 inches long at tolerance’s as close as .001". We have three cranes capable of lifting up to 10 tons each, and with 15,000 SF under one roof, we have room to house material and finish products for our customers. PDQ Machine employees full-time highly-skilled and experienced people. We currently operate one shift working 60 hours a week with the ability to add another shift on demand. We currently have two Level II quality inspectors on staff that are certified to process magnetic particle testing and liquid penetrant testing in house. Our flexible structure enables us to respond quickly to on demand job shop work or long production runs depending on our customer's requirements. We are experienced at manufacturing surface wellhead parts, drilling equipment and downhole products. We also work extensively with our customers to manufacture their research and development projects. PDQ Machine is an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing facility.
