We, PDR Group, are a collaborative enterprise between two companies’, namely PDR Group Electrical Services Ltd and PDR Group Developments Ltd, that offer a ‘one stop shop’ approach to construction and development whereby all elements, civils, construction, utilities (electric, gas, water, connectivity etc), of a build or development are undertaken with one company therefore eliminating the need to manage or coordinate several sets of contractors or trade disciplines. This said, we are not exclusively ‘One Stop’, with each company also operating autonomously within their own disciplines. We operate in the Leisure construction sector nationwide, from Scotland to Wales to the West Country, South Coast, East Anglia and the Northeast. We have a substantial workforce and supply chain located across the UK. PDR Group have longstanding relationships with Parkdean Resorts, Bourne Leisure, Away Resorts to name but a few and numerous other smaller holiday park operators. For all of us at PDR it is about providing the highest quality building projects for the best possible value, in the safest most sustainable way. We look for 100% customer satisfaction on service, quality and delivery timing. We know a happy client team is most likely to recommend and refer new work. To date all of our work successfully carried out is from repeat business client teams or referrals. We love providing our committed services to our clients. Our clients are always right. We define a clear scope of works from the outset making sure we understand our client’s needs. All works priced transparently, delivered within agreed start and finish dates safely and to our high standards of finish.
