Welcome to PE Health! We are all about giving yourself, your relationship or your organisation time to Pause & Evaluate, and then move forward with stratigies to work towards overall mental health and wellbeing to come back stronger. PE Health supports individuals, couples and industry partners in achieving overall mental health and wellbeing through psycho education and therapy. We offer online and in-person programs and support targeting the specific needs and challenges of each industry (including; Mining & Energy, Correctional, Military, Athletes, Long Distance or FIFO Relationships). PE Health Services LINK Project: Reshaping how mental health is addressed in the mining and energy sector. It focuses on the prevention of poor mental health and reducing the stigma that is associated with it, through an innovative framework that can be tailored for individual company needs. www.pehealth.org/link Partners Elsewhere: An online program supporting couples (psychologically and physically) to strengthen their relationship when they are physically separated (i.e. military assignments, FIFO mining, elite athletes, incarceration etc.). www.partnerselsewhere.com PE Psychology: Private counselling sessions with psychologists, available for individuals (or couples) who feel they need a little more support.
