We don’t dabble in Therapeutic Massage. It is WHO we are and WHAT we do! All of our therapists are trained to assess and address the malfunction and compensation that occurs in the body due to repetitive motion, prolonged sitting or standing, poor posture, injuries, and accidents. We have helped thousands of clients with a wide variety of issues such as low back pain, headaches and migraines, plantar fasciitis, frozen shoulder and many more. Each of our sessions is focused and catered to that client at that time. This is about YOU. We also deliver the full time that you are scheduled. 60 minutes really is…60 minutes. Our therapists are dedicated to helping you FEEL better, MOVE better and BE better at the things that you need to do and the things that you want to do. Life creates many opportunities for the muscles of the body to shorten and tighten and to constrict the flow of fluids throughout the body. We have provided relief from many different ailments to include (but not limited to) headaches, migraines, frozen shoulder, neck pain, low back pain, various joint pain issues to include carpal tunnel, fibromyalgia, lymphodema and more! We specialize in therapeutic modalities to include sports massage, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, and deep tissue. We also provide Hot Stones Massage, Himalayan Salt Stone Massage, and Medicupping. Our goal is to provide pain relief, reduce stress, decrease the impact of chronic pain and improve the quality of life of our clients. We help to prevent and treat sports injuries. We can shorten your recovery and rehabilitation time drastically. Our therapists will also help you with any sporting event that you are preparing for. Our therapists have worked with athletes in triathlons (including Iron Man), professional baseball, professional soccer, CrossFit and many others.
