About Peak Fitness
Peak Fitness was founded by medical doctors in the United Kingdom, and brought its first Malaysian club to the pulse of Kuala Lumpur city, SOGO Department Store on KL’s cultural heartland Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman in the summer of May 2013. Established with the aim of spreading the important message of exercise and health to the Malaysian population, Peak Fitness has quickly expanded to its second club in 2016 in affluent suburban Ara Damansara’s Citta Mall. Other locations now include G Tower, KLCC and Gurney Plaza, Penang. Peak Fitness’s core message that Exercise is Medicine, has led its thousands of members on a lifelong journey of fitness, and is continuing to reach more Malaysians every day. Peak Fitness's select panel of experts has grown to incorporate key health professionals including dietitians, chiropractors, physiotherapists and sports science professionals. These highly qualified experts in their respective fields form the unique core of Peak Fitness’s programming, which is always scientifically-based, thoroughly researched, and proven to deliver results.
