About Peak Neurophysiology Group
Peak Neurophysiology Group is an Intraoperative Neurophysiological Monitoring (IONM) service provider based in Upstate New York, exercising a unique delivery model of clinical care. Unlike most other neuromonitoring groups, PNG neurophysiologists are trained in both the technical and interpretive components of IONM. Our experience has taught us that the ability to effectively intervene during a surgical procedure is a direct function of the expertise of the neurophysiologist present in the operating room. PNG neurophysiologists have the skills and training required to evaluate the entirety of physiologic, anesthetic, surgical, and perioperative variables in a timely manner, with additional support available for consultation as needed. Our unique professional model allows us to provide a quality of patient care that is unmatched by other IONM companies. At PNG, all of our clinicians hold postgraduate degrees in the health sciences and have received highly specialized training in intraoperative neurophysiology. Additionally, all PNG neurophysiologists that meet the eligibility requirements for Professional Board Certification by the ABNM are required to obtain this accreditation within two years of eligibility.
