Redondo Beach Orthopedic Physical Therapy recently merged with Peak Performance in Rancho Palos Verdes, and we have changed our name to Peak Orthopedic Physical Therapy. Now with two offices to serve you, we continue to be your partner in recovery & rehabilitation. Our goals is to assess your needs as well as the unique aspects of your condition. We will then develop a customized program that fits your situation. And we will be with you, side-by-side, giving you one-on-one care and encouragement each step of the way. We go well beyond the traditional PT clinic that typically places patients on static equipment for strengthening and conditioning by giving our patients customized sport-specific rehab programs and hands-on, one-on-one care. We incorporate various functional strengthening techniques and strengthen muscles and joints in specific patterns that are beneficial to your sport and to everyday life. We integrate neuromusculature training, balance, propioception and dynamic core stability with attention placed on increasing speed, power and agility. Simply put, we bridge the gap between traditional physical therapy and sports training and take your rehab program to the next level. Of course, you do not have to be an athlete to benefit from ROPT's services. Because our sports medicine and athletic rehab approach to physical therapy benefits anyone who is injured or living in pain and wants to get back to their active lifestyle.
