Peak Performance physical therapists are licensed health care professionals who evaluate and treat people with health problems resulting from injury and disease. Our physical therapists measure many aspects of human function including muscle strength, joint range of motion, endurance and balance. They assess for deficits that are causing pain or decreased function and formulate a treatment plan to promote the patient’s optimal recovery. Patient programs are customized to meet each particular patient’s needs while our physical therapists work closely with both patients and referring physicians to develop effective rehabilitation programs. Peak Performance’s hands-on approach to patient care, evidence-based practice and patient education are the hallmarks of our clinical model and result in our patient’s becoming active participants in their own rehabilitation. Our friendly administration support personnel have extensive medical office experience and are dedicated to helping our patients with all aspects of insurance, scheduling appointments, coordinating referrals and answering questions. Our staff is focused on making the patient experience pleasant, easy and efficient. Our in-house billing staff is available to quickly and efficiently manage all billing issues, including filing and coordinating our patient’s insurance as well as setting up payment plans.
