We are part of the Upstream Rehabilitation family of clinical care, a leading operator of outpatient physical therapy clinics in the United States. While our business has local roots and a passion for serving our community through superior patient care as well as charitable initiatives, we also have the educational and clinical resources that are only possible to access through a larger company like Upstream. Peak Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine was founded in December of 2000 with our first clinic in McKinney, Texas. Our focus has been in orthopedics and sports medicine including comprehensive biomechanical assessments utilizing cutting edge technology, (FCE) Functional Capacity Evaluations, specialized spine and sacroiliac treatment, Custom Splinting and Orthotics, women’s health, TMJ treatment, and sports enhancement and endurance training. Peak has a strong ethical and moral conviction that guides all business and patient care decisions. We will always place the well being of the patient first and remain above reproach when dealing with the business of physical therapy. Our clinicians have years of combined orthopedic physical therapy experience and have a personal concern for each patient.
