Peak Physical Therapy and Sports Performance combines modern technology with the art of hands-on treatment to help patients reach their “Peak” potential. Whether you’re an athlete who has suffered a sports injury, or you’re trying to recover from lower back pain or knee surgery, Peak PT can get you back to what you like doing most: living life!! Our therapists are highly dedicated professionals with a high value put on continuing education and evidenced-based treatment resulting in optimum, cost-efficient outcomes. We are heavily involved in the communities we serve through many volunteer opportunities and believe education is key. We have 11 offices in Norwell, Scituate, Hanover, Pembroke, Braintree, Cohasset, East Bridgewater and Quincy. In addition we have 3 off-site aquatic programs in Weymouth, Scituate and Hanover, and two private Pelvic Health Suites in Scituate and Norwell. In addition we have recently opened a pediatric center in Braintree. Patient care is always number one for us, and we place high value on caring for our employees who are truly the heart and soul of of our mission and values.
