Pearce & Co is a highly experienced, professional and specialist commercial property management and residential (AST) lettings and management company providing services to landlords and tenants including individuals, companies, pension funds and trusts. Being completely independent allows the team to act in the best interests of all clients, building excellent relationships over many years by adopting a personal and bespoke approach. We take pride in the fact that many clients have been clients for over 30 years. We cover a wide geographical area accessible from our office in Chertsey. The properties that we look after are predominantly in Surrey, but with others managed further afield driven by the benefits of consolidating a property portfolio in the hands of a single property management company. We are an RICS regulated firm which brings with it a strict Code of Conduct, Accounting Regulations and protection for client money. We are also ARLA members. Finally, we subscribe to the Tenant Deposit Scheme (TDS) and all tenant deposits held by Pearce & Co. are registered under the Deposit Protection Scheme in accordance with current legislation.
