Steve Pearce and Patrick Green are both licensed P.E.'s with 25+ years of HVAC/Plumbing design-build and engineering consulting experience between them. They started Pearce-Green because they saw an unmet need for high performance, energy-conscious mechanical systems designed uniquely for the building, the budget, and with total lifetime cost considerations as a top priority.
