Welcome to Peerless of America Peerless of America was founded in 1912 and has since serviced the automotive, air conditioning and refrigeration industries as a manufacturer of extruded aluminum shapes for heat transfer. Peerless is also a fabricator of all-aluminum and aluminum/copper heat transfer coils. We pioneered the use of aluminum tubing in refrigeration equipment in the early 1930’s with the introduction of the first all-aluminum fin coils for commercial refrigeration. By 1960, Peerless introduced all aluminum fin coils for frost-free household refrigerators. We are a major supplier of heat transfer products to the Automotive, Aerospace, Off-road Truck, Heavy Equipment as well as residential and commercial refrigeration markets. Our manufacturing and corporate offices are located in Effingham, IL.
