Being both hardware and software vendor agnostic, Pegasus retains an impartiality which allows us to focus on our client’s needs. Our staff combine tertiary qualifications with substantial real experience in designing, installing and maintaining IT systems. This mix delivers maximum benefit to our clients. Pegasus Technology are 100% Australian owned and operated and, unlike many other firms, our head office is located in the Sydney CBD area, which allows us to provide a superior onsite response rate. In fact, with urgent issues we are able to have someone onsite, in many cases, in less than 15 minutes for our CBD clients. Additionally, our remote response is guaranteed at a maximum of 10 minutes for urgent issues, but in some cases only feet on the ground will actually suffice.
