About Pekago Covering Technology
Since 1983, Pekago has been active as a specialist providing development, engineering, mould fabrication, production and assembly services for plastic housing elements and technical injection moulded parts used in industrial device construction. Pekago has a range of automated injection moulding machines, with capacities ranging from 15 to 2100 tonnes and a maximum shot weight of 10 kilograms. The machinery is customised for medium-sized series, high complexity and a great diversity of materials (commodity plastics, engineering plastics and high performance plastics). With extensive experience in mould fabrication as well as in the application of injection moulding and structural foam moulding (SFM) along with various finishing processes such as coating and ultrasonic welding, optimal solutions and practical advices are guaranteed. Market areas: Aircraft Interiors, Analytical Devices, Medical Devices, Industrial Equipment, HVAC and Vision Systems. Product applications are often capital equipment with medium sales quantities throughout the life cycle. Among our customers are important German OEM's and system suppliers. We seamlessly integrate knowledge of materials, technologies and standards with knowledge of our customers' applications. Our processes are certified according to ISO 9001, AS9100 and ISO 13485.
