About Pelham Homes

Pelham Homes, located in Nottingham, is dedicated to developing high-quality homes for purchase throughout the East Midlands. Part of Nottingham Community Housing Association (NCHA), one of the region's largest housing associations, our mission contributes to NCHA’s overarching goal of enhancing social value within the community through our profits. Our main objective is to generate profits that will be directed back to NCHA through gift aid, enabling it to further its community-focused initiatives. We call this approach “building profit for a purpose,” with a target of constructing 50 homes each year. In addition to residential development, we also offer services such as architectural design and project management to external clients. We're developing in Old Dalby, Nottingham, Ketton and Long Clawson. At Pelham Homes, we believe in the power of collaboration to achieve shared success.
