Established in 1993, Pelham Structures is a family-run property developer based in Clavering, a small village on the Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and Essex border. This location gives us direct access to all our primary service areas, including Bishop’s Stortford, Cambridge, Hertford, Royston and Saffron Walden. As an experienced property developer, house builder and pioneer of self-build and custom homes, we have built a reputation over the past 26 years for building bespoke timber frame homes, which blend traditional styles with modern living. This expertise also allows us to provide trusted services as a planning consultant on projects of any size. Our ambition has always remained the same: to provide a greater level of choice within the housing market by building bespoke homes that fit the needs and desires of the individual purchaser.
